It’s a pleasure to welcome you to our restaurant. Being your host and making your stay as pleasurable as possible is a fine art.
Making sure you as our guest experience the best meal starts with choosing the ingredients for your meal. It’s our goal to only offer meat from animals that have lived a normal and animal friendly life.
We prepare our meals according to the old traditions and we are faithful to the regional “Ebbes von Hei” (a local dialect meaning “etwas von hier”, something from around here) and make sure we don’t have flavour enhancers (mononatriumglutamate) in any of our meals.

We wish you a most enjoyable time so you can forget about the cares of daily life for a few hours.

Opening hours Guesthouse and butchery:

Monday from 16:00 till 23:00
(In winter (starting 03-11-2015) closed on Monday with the exception of large groups.)
Tuesday, our day off.
Wednesday till Sunday, open from 09:00 till 23:00.
Our kitchen is opened from 12:00 till 14:00 and 17:30 till 21:30.
